Welcome to the Building Officials Association of Palm Beach County Home Page!

The Breakers Hotel originally opened in 1896, was destroyed by fire in 1925, and rebuilt in 1926.

The Building Officials Association of Palm Beach County (BOAPBC) is a non-profit organization comprised of Building Officials, Inspectors, Plans Examiners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Industry Members, and others mutually interested in the promotion and enhancement of public safety through diligent and consistent enforcement of applicable construction codes and regulations throughout Palm Beach County.

Our members are code professionals licensed by the State of Florida through Florida Statutes 468 working to enforce the provisions of the Florida Building Code, Florida Statute 553, and Florida Statute 713 Part I for various jurisidictions throughout Palm Beach County.

MONTHLY MEETINGS ARE HELD ON THE FOURTH THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 12:00 P.M
