Scope
The scope of the Conference Committee shall include the coordination of all education, trade events, social programs, meetings, awards and installation of Officers for the Annual Educational Conference.
Purpose
The purpose of the Committee is to develop all necessary policies, procedures, and strategies for the planning and coordination for a successful Annual Educational Conference.
Objectives
The Committee shall strive to accomplish those objectives established by the President and/or Chairperson: During the 2010/2011 term, those objectives are as follows:
Develop guidelines, checklists and timelines for the production of the BOAF Annual Educational Conference and Trade Expo.
- Establish operational policies for producing the different events such as:
